Dallas Stamper | Executive Director

Job Responsibilities: "I’m in charge of all day-to-day activities at PiN. My main functions are to manage PiN staff and work with PIN’s board to ensure that we have the appropriate resources to fund the vision God has given us. I also get the privilege to share PiN’s vision with volunteers and PiN partners."

Carrie Mayer | Grant Manager / Medical Outreach

Human Resources B.A. Old Dominion University

 

Job Responsibilities: "I’m the Volunteer Coordinator at PiN Ministry. Although that’s my official title I do a little bit of everything. Some of my other roles are Grant Manager, and Transitional Housing Manager. You even will catch me driving the homeless to service providers such as Human Services or to the dentist on Tuesday mornings. My favorite scriptures are 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 and Micah 6:8."

 

About: "When I’m not at PiN, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful family. We enjoy spending time outdoors and playing at the beach. While attending our church, Grace Bible Church, I heard about PiN and was interested in volunteering."

Cristopher Foster | Creative Media Coordinator / Music Ministry

Cinema Production and Intercultural Communications B.A. Old Dominion University

 

Job Responsibilities: "Each week, I take care of video production, website design, social media, marketing, photography, print materials, and lead worship for our PiN church service. I also arrange planning for annual fundraising events, such as our annual Comedy Night at the Sandler Center for Performing Arts."

 

About: "My wife and I enjoy traveling the globe visiting major world cities; my favorite is Tokyo. We love historical time periods, maintain an old Victorian house, and like finding hidden antiques at thrift stores. I've played piano and composed music for over 20 years. My favorite scripture is James 1:17."

Tony Galiardi | Workforce Developer / Volunteer Coordinator

Job Responsibilities: "As the Workforce Development Program Manager, I get the opportunity help restore dignity to men and women who have found themselves in an unimaginable season of life. In the role of Volunteer Coordinator, I have the awesome opportunity to connect the Body of Christ in service and activate the church in local missions."

About: "Through 27 years of owning and operating two businesses, Church and community service, I will be bringing a business owner's perspective to training your new employees and co-workers in a Biblical view of work and service.  I've spent 28 years with my wife, she's the love of my life; we have five children and official boatload of grandchildren. My favorite scriptures are Philippians 2:3 and Colossians 3:23–24."

Jeanne McKay | Bookkeeper / Receptionist

Business Administration A.A. Tidewater Community College

 

Job Responsibilities: "My jobs have changed and expanded over my years at PIN. I originally started at PiN folding, sorting, and tagging clothes (which started in Dallas and Anne's garage) and eventually moved to the first warehouse space. In 2006, my role changed and I became the bookkeeper and eventually we added the reception desk. I also help with fundraisers and anywhere else they plug me in when needed."

 

About: "My family and I really love to go to amusement parks. If I had a bucket list (and I use the words 'if'), I would want to make sure I visit every theme park in the world! My favorite scripture is Philippians 4:13."
