One of the main purposes for our housing program is to create a safe place for homeless people to live while they are getting their lives back together.

Transitional Housing

PIN Ministry purchases mobile homes that are in bad shape and fix them up and put homeless people in them. The purpose of the mobile home is to be a transition house to help people who are currently homeless to have a safe place to live as they are getting their lives on the right track. PIN rehabbed 3 mobile homes in 2007 and is looking forward to doing more in 2008. We can rehab mobile homes for as little as $5000. Emergency Shelter

PIN’s ultimate goal is to build an Emergency Shelter which would be a safe haven for the homeless of Virginia Beach. There are so many people that have found themselves in a bad situation because of poor choices and bad family environments. PIN’s goal is to build an Emergency shelter in the next 5 years which will be a safe place to live while we continue to share the love of God with them.
