1. Sign-up Deadline: Midnight, September 26, 2010.

2. You will be automatically routed to the credit card processor after clicking <Submit>.
    > Doubles Team Registration Option 1: At Check Out Select "Quantity 2" to Submit $30 Registration Fee
    > Doubles Team Registration Option 2: At Check Out Select "Quantity 1" then Partner Must Register Separately
    > If You Are Registering Your Doubles Team AND For Singles Play: At Check Out Select "Quantity 3"

3. If you do not wish to pay by credit card, simply cancel out of Step 2 and put a check in the mail. Make checks payable to "PIN Ministry" and mail to:

PiN is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization that serves homeless people in Virginia Beach. Services offered by PIN include; food, clothing, hygiene supplies, living necessities, free medical care, and shelter.

PiN began in 2002 with 12 sandwiches being shared with 5 homeless people at Veterans Memorial in Virginia Beach. PIN now serves over 100 homeless people in Virginia Beach every Saturday and Sunday.

PIN’s Medical Ministry has been growing since the first nurse volunteered in 2005; PiN now has 5 nurses that volunteer every month. In 2007 we were able to provide prescriptions for every homeless person that was in need, and came to our nurses for help.

Your Corporate Sponsorship of the Ping Pong for Poverty will directly aid PiN’s mission to provide free medical care for people that are either homeless or extremely poor. Your sponsorship will provide the foundation of resources needed for PiN’s vision to create a clinic for the homeless of Virginia Beach. The homeless don’t have easy access to medical care, and what they have is not always the best. We want to create a system of health care that will give the homeless access to doctors and nurses, which is something that most of us take for granted.
